Our development has included significant investment in manufacturing technology, technical systems, and product development, alongside a 6,000 sq ft workshop in Cornwall.

Our confidence in that quality is reflected in our guarantees, including warranties of up to 30 years on timber and 10-year guarantees covering workmanship, glazing, and paint finishes.

Sustainability plays an important role in our approach. FSC-certified materials are used throughout our products, helping to ensure the timber we use comes from responsibly managed sources.

We also recycle our timber waste, with material reused on surrounding farms and as a source of renewable energy for local dwellings.

Beyond the manufacturing process itself, creating high-performing timber windows and doors can also help properties use energy more efficiently, supporting both greater comfort and reduced heat loss.

Nine Zero’s mission was to set standards above the humdrum of mass production outside the UK, which raised issues with product quality and time management.

Following significant investment, the company has gone through major growth and technological advancements, including a 6,000sq/ft workshop in Cornwall, digital, technical and product development systems, which has been pivotal in Nine Zero becoming a market leader in bespoke timber products.

Over the past two years with the combination of a team of highly skilled craftsmen and joiners as well as the introduction of new state of the art machinery, Nine Zero has been able to launch products that are second to none in both aesthetics and performance on a sustainable level.
